An SSL issue occurred on the mail server on 10/11/18 that only seems to have affected Apple devices.
While this is not an easy workaround it has been tested twice and works.
Delete your Mail account and re-enter it using the following settings:
Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Add Mail Account
Name: Your Name
Email: Your full email address
Password: Your Password
Description: Anything you want to describe the account
IMAP / POP : Your choice but we recommend and tested with IMAP
Incoming AND Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name: mail.wddonline.com
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password
Message "Verifying" will appear.
When you get the message "Cannot Verify Server Identity"
Click "Accept" in upper right hand corner.
When the message "Cannot connect using SSL" appears click "Yes"
When the message "Trust this Computer" appears click "Yes"
